Can I use one curtain panel or two panels that open from the center?

Yes! Our curtain tracks support both setups:

• One panel: Slide your curtain to one side of the track.
• Two panels: Have your curtains meet in the center, then slide one to the left and the other to the right.

Each end cap has a fixed hook to keep the outer edge of your curtain in place.

Does the track arrive in one piece or separate sections?

Your track arrives in sections approximately 39⅜ inches long, with connectors to join them together.

Shipping in sections helps protect the track from bending or damage during delivery and keeps shipping costs lower than sending one extra-long rail. This sectional design is a common industry practice.

Can the rollers move smoothly across the connectors?

Yes. The connectors sit at the top of the track, away from the rollers’ path, so they do not block curtain movement.

Once the track sections are properly connected and aligned, the rollers can glide smoothly across the joints.

Which curtain header styles work with the track?

Our tracks come with rollers that have eyelets for attaching curtain hooks. Compatible styles include:

• Pinch-pleat curtains
• Hook-belt curtains fitted with hooks
• Ring-top curtains that attach using hooks
• Other curtains designed to hang from hooks

Our pinch-pleat curtains come with built-in hooks, so you can attach them directly to the roller eyelets.

Is a center-overlap carrier included?

A center-overlap carrier is an optional add-on and is not included with the standard track.

With the standard setup, two curtain panels can meet edge to edge in the middle. If you would like the panels to overlap instead, please contact us before ordering to arrange the add-on.

What comes with my curtain track?

Your curtain track package includes:

• Track sections

• Mounting brackets
• Mounting hardware for your selected configuration

If you are also ordering our pinch-pleat curtains, they come with built-in hooks for attaching to the rollers.

How do I choose the right track length?

Measure your window width, then add 5–10 inches on each side for better coverage.

For example, if your window is 60 inches wide, choose a total track length of 70–80 inches, depending on the wall space available.

Can I shorten the track to fit my space?

Yes. The aluminum track can be trimmed to length with a saw suitable for cutting aluminum.

We also offer free custom cutting. Simply enter the total track length you need when ordering, and we’ll cut it to your requested size before shipping.

Can I mount the track on the ceiling or wall?

Yes. Both ceiling-mount and wall-mount options are available.

How much curtain weight can the track hold?

The weight capacity depends on the track model you choose. Please check the specifications on the product page for that model’s weight limit.

If you are unsure which track suits your curtains, please contact us with your curtain size and weight before ordering.

Can I hang sheer and blackout curtains together?

Yes. Choose the double-rod configuration on the product page.

This provides two separate tracks—one for your sheer curtains and one for your blackout curtains—so you can open and close each layer independently.

Can I order extra rollers or brackets?

Yes. You can add extra rollers to your order directly on the product page.
