Custom Curtain Width

• We offer custom curtain widths ranging from 20 inches to 120 inches
• This is the flat panel width before fullness is added
• All our curtains come standard with a 1.5x fullness (e.g., a 50" wide panel will have 75" of fabric to create a gathered look)
• You can upgrade to 2x fullness for an even richer, fuller look (e.g., a 50" wide panel will have 100" of fabric)

To determine your curtain width:

1. Measure the full width of your curtain rod
2. Add 8-12 inches for the rod to extend past the window on each side
3. Divide this total width by the number of panels you want (e.g., 2 panels for a pair)
4. This is the flat panel width you should order for each curtain

For example:

• Your curtain rod is 60" wide, and you add 10" on each side (60" + 20" = 80" total)
• You want 2 panels, so each panel should be 40" wide (80" / 2 = 40")
• With our standard 1.5x fullness, we will make each panel with 60" of fabric (40" x 1.5 = 60")
• If you upgrade to 2x fullness, we will make each panel with 80" of fabric (40" x 2 = 80")

Custom Curtain Length

• We offer custom curtain lengths from 20 inches to 108 inches
• Measure from the top of your curtain rod to where you want the curtains to end (sill, apron, floor, etc.)
• This is the curtain length you should order

Longer Length Curtains

Many customers ask if we can make longer curtains beyond our standard 108" length.

In most cases, the answer is yes! However, please reach out to double check with us first before placing your order for any curtains longer than 108".

At Dolcewe.com, our curtains come standard with a 1.5 times fullness. This means if your desired curtain width is 50 inches, we will actually make the curtain panel 75 inches wide (50" x 1.5 = 75"). This extra fabric allows the curtains to have an attractive gathered look without being too heavy or bulky.

Standard 1.5x Fullness (default)

• Our default fullness option, included in the base price
• Creates a tailored, gathered look that's not too full
• Ideal for a modern, streamlined style
• Perfect for smaller windows or if you prefer a neater drape

For example:

• Your desired curtain width: 50 inches
• With 1.5x fullness: 50" x 1.5 = 75" fabric width
• We will make each curtain panel 75" wide to achieve the gathered look

Upgrade to 2x Fullness

• For an upgraded price, you can opt for 2 times fullness
• Provides a lusher, fuller look with deeper pleats and waves
• Recommended for larger windows or a luxury, high-end feel
• Curtains appear more substantial and can block more light

• With 2x fullness: 50" x 2 = 100" fabric width
• We will make each curtain panel 100" wide for a richer drape

Returns Policy

Our products are FINAL SALE as they are custom and made-to-order. Once an order is placed, there is a 24-hour window to make any changes. In the unlikely event that there is a workroom error, please send us photographs of the issue and we will repair or replace your products. If you are unhappy with your selections, we will let you exchange your product and choose something else for 50% of the price of new product (offer valid for 30 days after delivery). The customer is responsible for sending the unused item back.
