Return Policy

Our products are FINAL SALE as they are custom and made-to-order. Once an order is placed, there is a 24-hour window to make any changes.

In the unlikely event that there is a workroom error, please send us photographs of the issue and we will repair or replace your products.

If you are unhappy with your selections, we will let you exchange your product and choose something else for 50% of the price of new product (offer valid for 30 days after delivery). The customer is responsible for sending the unused item back.
